Electrolysis is the proven method of permanent hair removal used for cosmetic and health purposes. The procedure involves inserting a thin sterile filament alongside the hair follicle to reach the papilla (root). Once the papilla is reached, it is deactivated by means of a small current. This small current may produce minimal sensation, which varies according to the thickness of the hair being treated and the timed settings used on the machine. At Cosmetic Electrolysis we utilize three techniques:

• GALVANIC
• BLEND

My service is delivered under strict sanitary conditions using modern computerized equipment and pre-sterilized disposable gold and insulated probes. Both men and women can benefit from Electrolysis. * GALVANIC: This method uses a direct current which produce sodium hydroxide in the follicle, which in turn permanently deactivates the root.

* THERMOLOSIS: This method uses a high frequency radio energy, which causes vibration to produce heat, which in turn permanently deactivate the root.

* BLEND: This method uses oscillation of the high frequency radio energy, to produce heated sodium hydroxide to permanently deactivate the root.
